However you ride
- Ride on the road, in bike lanes or on paths that allow wheels — not on the sidewalk.
- eBikes are capped at a 500W motor, and the assist must cut out when you stop pedalling.
- eScooters are legal only in the communities taking part in the province's pilot.
- Lights front and back, and a working bell, from dusk until dawn.
- The same impaired-riding laws apply on a bike as in a car.
